Georgia Allstars Waiver is required to be signed and uploaded during the registration process.

RJH Only: Completed Physicals must be emailed to info@rjhcheer.com prior to the start of tryouts.

Remaining Forms will be collected at Parent Meeting April 29th, 2026.
